It’s literally an assembly line at Din Tai Fung in Bellevue, Washington. They specialize in shanghai dumplings but their spicy wontons are delicious!
Sushiholic’s Volcano Roll - Asparagus, Spicy tuna, cream cheese, avocado and cucumber roll all DEEP FRIED… and a mountain of spicy tuna sashimi inside. Just like a volcano. Makes sense AND it’s delicious.
Continuing with the Cactus Club Cafe food, here’s another must eat when you go here, Tuna Tataki.
Smoked salmon, avocado, seasoned rice, pea shoots, tofu, tobikko (westcoast pocket trio, cactus club).
Chinese Pork Sliders from the Roaming Dragon food truck in Vancouver. To be honest, it was just all right. Maybe expectations are too high because of Chairman Bao.
Today a photo of a restaurant showed up on my Dashboard. When I saw it I knew exactly where it was from as we ate there while we were in Paris.
Chez Marie is a small, inviting restaurant in the Montmarte neighbourhood of Paris. Looks like they got a bit of graffiti on their walls.

French onion soup… or in France is it just called onion soup?

Pâté

Lasagna
Day 2 - A late lunch at Café de Prins after a visit to the Anne Frank House (both highly recommended). I had the BLTC - bacon, lettuce, tomato, smoked chicken, topped with mustard mayonnaise. Great place to grab a bite and hang out with some friends.
So… Little Italy in San Diego is pretty awesome. If you’re looking for any of the large chain restaurants you won’t find it here. Instead, the streets are lined with small cafes, restaurants and shops in a pedestrian friendly, urban environment. We stumbled upon Caffe Italia on India Street for a bite to eat. Their lunch menu includes various paninis and salads. We each had a panini. I grabbed the descriptions from their website:

Tonno - Solid white tuna, melted provolone cheese, tomato

Tacchino - Roasted turkey breast, roasted red peppers, provolone cheese and pesto
